Project Andante
About Project Andante
Turning Passion into Action
What is Project Andante?
Project Andante aims to host quarter-annual mini concerts at senior living centers around the Seattle metro area based on availability and schedule. Each concert will have a variety of performances including solos, duets, chamber groups, vocal performances, and more.

Who are we?
We are young musicians from middle and high schools in the Seattle metro area who want to give back to the community. We wish to bring music to people with limited access to musical performances.
What do we do?
We host mini concerts, usually one hour long, in senior and community centers on a quarterly basis. We have musicians playing various instruments such as string instruments, pianos, woodwinds, and even vocal performances.
What’s our mission?
-
Bring live, quality music to those with limited access to musical performances
-
Create opportunities for young musicians from all levels to perform
-
Enhance our community by sharing passion for music
-
Enable young musicians to independently plan and organize concerts
How to earn service hours?
If you are in high school and are interested in performing for others, you will be able to obtain community service hours; 4hr per concert attended. If you are interested in taking photos, you will earn 1 hour per concert + editing time.
